Anyone know of a reliable place to have an IR conversion done in Toronto, my G9 is now just out of extended warranty?

I'm not sure if the G9 can be converted to IR.
The whole optical unit is a solid block, it doesn't look very easy to get to the sensor to remove the IR and/or anti-alias filter.

Life pixels in the states include it in the list of cameras they do, but they charge $400.00 to convert.
