If you thought the present CF cards were expensive...

I have a feeling that the prices for the ones with the new standard will go through the roof.

I cant wait for this next gen of cards. Yes it will be expensive but with technology getting crazier with all the huge files and fast frame rates of today's modern cameras we really do need a new source of storage for these files. I just think that once they come out it will be a bit crazy and then it will cool down and it will pick up sales wise. sort of like USB 3.0 how it has had a slow start but will soon be picking up with more and more devices including it.
