Don't forget your camera clocks need to fall back, unless you stick to standard time anyway.

DST is such a waste of time and resources. Threw our kids' routine out of whack a couple times a year is not fun either.

Meh, it's the constant DST changes to accommodate religious events. Egypt decided to have three changes to their timezone settings in just under two months. Once to end DST for Ramadan, then back to DST after Ramadan ended, then ended again as per their normal DST schedule. It's the constant adjustments that is a real pain for IT people. Or Venezuela not making it's mind up on changing the DST schedule two times and us preparing for nothing!

Fortunately, there hasn't been a change for North America since that big change to help save energy, which in the end, realized no energy savings but a waste of energy on implementing the change!!

Exactly. I've always thought the logic used was faulty. And besides, all else being equal I'd rather have that hour of light when I'm awake to enjoy it. Darkness before 5pm is ludicrous

I guess the type of response depends on whether you have kids or not.

This time of year the kids would be going to school in the dark since sunrise is 8am DST.

In the summer they want to stay out longer, so with DST sun sets late in the evening, rather than an hour earlier.

Mine constantly blinks "12:00 12:00 12:00 12:00 12:00"

Is that bad?
