Stumbled onto their site during a search, anyone use them or hear of them, they are local, in Mississauga? I need a rangfiinder repaired and old Yashica TLR CLA'd and like the idea of not needed to ship them.

Never heard of them

Given your location, have you considered Toronto Camera Service?

I have had success with them with a 25 year old lens. Call and ask. I think an estimate costs 20 bucks that is included in the repair if you action it with them. The guy that does the work is good, but the people that work the service desk are not necessarily camera people.

Great, thanks for the info. For years I've been sending my more serious stuff overseas, would be awsome if this place passes muster on these, then i could trust them with some of my more cherished gear.

Thanks

I had a Canon nFD 50mm f1.2 that had a stuck aperture and was repaired by Camera Repair Canada. Workmanship is good, but it cost almost $100 (including taxes) for a (relatively) simple repair.

I had used Sun camera repair and they gave me a good deal and
everything got processed so fast.

If you are near north york / Markham area,
it's a nice place to go to.

Sun camera generally does not repair classic cameras. I have been to them before.
