Looking for some help/pointers to how disassemble the legs (and, obviously, assemble them back). After a trip it seems I have some sand stuck between the tubes, and it bites into the tube, when I extend the legs. I want to be able to remove the sand.

Don't know if this is helpful, the parts are listed on this site, it gives a pretty good idea on how to disassemble the tripod.
