Yes, photography is fun and it's for everyone to enjoy. I love going for a photo shoot but I really don't understand some of the behaviours here and it's beginning to make me think these behaviours are only targeted at certain people which includes me. It's really strange.

It is actually one of the reasons why years ago I didn't persue photography when I was much younger due to the pompus ass attitude of most photographers. Now I still get that from some, but I just basically don't let it bother me, as I doubt many of them can do many of the other things I have done half as well as I did them.

There's always going to be idiots in forums...at least those who post publicly will reveal themselves to the forum at large and will be largely ignored as the idiot they are.

As for private messages, report them to Tanner (assuming you didn't delete it).

oh i like the camera but i think the camera doesn't like me. i had to exchange one right after i got it for less than 2 days because of overheating problem and now the second one is being checked and tested by olympus, probably same issue. i don't know yet because i just brought it today to them and will have to wait 3 to 4 business days. if there's problem then i'll get a third one in less than one week :( :?

Does it overheat during a specific operation or in general when it's turned on?

it just gets quite warm when i turn it on and start shooting and changing the settings and when i turn on the flash. the first one got really hot especially where the hand grip is after i started shooting for about 20 minutes or so but this second was not as hot but got quite warm and i'm afraid it might explode or something after i use it for a while

Yes, twice in a row. It's a long story. I'm currently waiting for a reply before I can decide if I still want the E-PL2 or go for GF2 or something :( :?
