Finally, we'll get to see if there's any improvements in performance as adobe releases the final version of Lightroom 4.1
Lr now also includes an HDR capability. Read more at http://blogs.adobe.com/lightroomjournal ... lable.html

Thanks for the heads up. Agreed. Performance is a bit sluggish in LR 4.0

Here's one thing I discovered. In the Lens Corrections tab you can use an eyedropper tool to sample the purple/green fringing area and it removes it automatically. EPIC

Also be sure to check out the 32 bit processing capabilities. You no longer have to tonemap the crap out of your HDR files, you can simply combine the exposures in PS or whatever you want to use that saves a 32 bit file, and import it in LR to use the familiar sliders for processing

Processed one HDR photo through LR+PS workflow. So much easier and nicer looking than any photomatix work

Looks pretty good. Better control of the halos in HDR. I haven't gotten around to installing it yet. :P

There is no halos as there is no tone mapping involved, true 32 bit HDR assembled in PS and processed in LR, just as you would with your raw files :)

It looks good but how long is that for a workflow? I bet it breaks my 5 minutes per image rule.

you basically add "right click-edit in-merge to hdr pro. Then optional click to remove ghosting and pressing close and save" before your normal tuning in LR. That's all it takes :D
