Just a quick question.

How do you print a horizontal photograph onto two pages using lightroom2? I'm trying to print a horizontal image onto two pieces of 8.5x11" paper. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure LR can do it .. at least not easily. I use this tiny program. Works pretty good.

It's not too difficult:


1)Crop the photo in half using the 8.5 x 11 aspect ratio.
2)Make a virtual copy
3)Move the crop area in the virtual copy to the other side of the photo (important not to resize or rotate the crop area)

Another way easier but takes more time to explain then to do.

1) Make a virtual copy
2) Select original and virtual copy
3) Change to print module
4)Choose grid layout and 8,5x11 page
5) Set grid cells to 1 x 1
6) Zoom to fit
7) On each page grab the image and position the portion of the image that shows to be the right side for page 2 and the left side for page 1.
