Hello Everyone ...
I have been using a Dell 2408 and NEC 19 inch....
My NEC died today :(:( ... Looking for a second monitor these are my current options.

1.Dell's new 24 Inch 2413(600$) http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/prod ... redirect=1
2.Dell's new 29 Inch 2913(699$) http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/prod ... u=225-4201
3. The Apple 27 looks insanely tempting but comes with whooping a price tag of 1130$

The budget is 700$ at the most....
Is it good to go this road ? or ..look for touch screen to use windows 8 capabilities and stick the 24 inch range....
The monitor is going to be used for 3D and Photo Editing... I hate using Spyder to color correct.

Thanks in advance for the Suggestions....

any of those are a great choice. I would go big since you will love doing 3D rendering on it. the 29" panel or the Apple would be my choices.

1920x1080 is a little dated these days - go with the 2550x1440 monitor - it will future proof you.
