It's an interesting situation. The photog is getting some grief from others questioning the authenticity of his claim. The claim is so outrageous (getting sent laminate flooring twice) that I tend to believe it is true.

I cheacked Dell site and I dont see them selling the Canon 5D, actually they dont have any full frame camera or any camera in that caliber.
All that I saw was a cropped sensor cameras and not even the best in what camera makers has to offer.

There was a Best Buy story last year with this happening with iPads. It's a clever scam. Makes me think recording not only the opening of a package but also the reception of a package may be a good idea.

It's laminate, not real hard wood....
