Not really 'gear', more of a small accessory:

Has anyone tried these out? I ordered one for a buck on eBay and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them.

Seems like a good bang for the buck; comes with 3 film protectors and other small accessories, but you never know with these things...

Tried it, wasn't very clear so then gave it away. Went with the stick on optical glass protector, very clear just like your regular screen.

That's unfortunate...I was hoping I wouldn't have to resolve to the stick-ons as a personal preference.

I guess we'll see when I test it out, but at least it comes with temp film protectors!
