Hi

Have a Canon Rebel XSi - was downloading photos to my computer when I halted it. Turned my camera off to disconnect cable and usually the cleaning sensor message comes up but didn't then when I went to turn it on nothing happened. It won't react at all to anything.

Wondering if anybody has any suggestions - is there any kind of hard reset like there is with other computer technology??

Try removing the battery for a few minutes and then put it back in.

Battery could be dead. Try charging the battery and then putting it back in the camera.
