First Pentax, now Hasselblad - lots of musical chairs being played by the camera manufacturers.

I don't see the MF market as being a high growth market for a private equity fund to have a position in - but what do I know...

Makes sense considering the nature of the fund to move Hasselblad back to Europe. It looks like with the near release of a Hasselblad 200 million pixels camera and new optics for edge to edge sharp images at the full 200M will dominate the high end commercial camera market and reverse erosion from Phaseone, Canon and Nikon.

it is strange. I hope it doesn't mean any cost cutting measures or erosion of the product. I hope to own one someday! :)
