i like the concept, but would like to see it thoroughly tested to ensure the screw doesn't come undone. It attaches much like the black-rapid straps and I have heard stories of the mount coming loose.

No probs here with the BlackRapid mount. This C-Loop does look interesting.

I could never use one of these, at least around my neck...because the two ends of the strap come close together it comes close to the front of my neck triggering my gag reflex.

My first digital bridgecam had a single strap point (Oly C-700), and I could never wear the strap around my neck...I complained to the manufacturer about it, and they changed it to a dual strap design for future models. But for my camera I modified it to give it a second strap point.

That being said being my issues, I hope you enjoy it and works for you.

On the assumption that you have tightened it properly and that the material being used is as good as they say, the swivel design "eliminates" the counter clockwise force that would be associated with it coming loose.

At least that is my interpretation of it.

i'm using the tripod adapter with the black rapid and it works the same way. the reason i do this is so i can quickly mount the camera on tripod. it hasn't come loose yet.
