Forgive my newbieness, Cliff's (web sized) pics are good but without seeing full sized one, what makes you want to buy one? Just because it is approved by Cliff?

I am interested to learn how to tell a pic was taken by good lens or not.

DAMN IT ALL TO H-E-Double Hockey Sticks!!!! Now I really want that lens..... soooooooo nice. the image of mirror seeing the bride dressing is soooo smooth and clean looking. The bokeh on most of them is spectacular and the sharpness is definitely there.
