Nikon and others make adapters designed to be attached to macro lenses as well.

PIA and slow.

A decent flatbed negative scanner can be had for $100 on CL (used of course).

If anone want to play around with the idea of photographing film with the digital camera and test it, then why not.
Otherwise, for any more or less decent results even for amateur, it will have to be done with the scanner.
