Rob's DB only starts at the 30D, but should be enough. I think the majority of cards are fast enough to keep up with the 20D, it's more the issue of the 20D needing to keep up with the card.

Hello
I would advice you to buy a 8Gb extreme III series card for 79.99
So even if u upgrade it will last for you .

That card u showed me ..doesn't look great to me.....
I don't really know much either, abt that ...

Cheers

I've got a stack of Transcend CF cards, they've never been a problem in my 40D. I'm sure one would do fine in your 20D, and they're reasonably priced.

I hope I don't inadvertently cause a "You should only use Sandisk or Lexar" flamewar. :)

Check out Canada Computers for great deals. Or better yet, ebay.

Go to Canada Computers, buy a brand name card, and get a fast one. Don't forget you're going to have to remove these pics from the card... The faster the card, the less time you're waiting.

I got a Kingston 8 gig 133x for $25 from Canada Computers on sale.

Anything faster than 133x is pointless for the 20D.
