two manfrotto autopoles (or the kupo ones) and a manfrotto extension arm are your best bet and will be about your full budget. BUT they are AMAZING and incredibly useful to have, as light stands, as backdrop stands, as a jack incase your ceiling starts falling down... etc

they are way better than stands for smaller spaces as they re just poles that extend floor to ceiling and use that force to keep them up. easy to setup and tear down and fairly lightweight. then the manfrotto backdrop pole I posted above to go between them mounted on two super clamps with spigots. perfect set.
