My viewfinder stuck in upright position. To scared to push to hard and break it.
Have I locked it? Broken it? Help?

I don't have the VF-2 anymore, but I don't recall it having a locked position. You may well have taken it past the normal range of movement. There may be no choice other than to force it, at this point.
