Hey guys,

Just wondering if you know of any Canon authorized dealer stores that may have the Canon 5D3?

Is Camera Canada (London, ontario) an authorized canon dealer?

Thanks

Yup, they are well regarded by Craig at Canonrumors.

Just so you know, Camera and lenses are duty free items if you purchase them across the border in the US (you still pay 15% tax but no duty).

B&H is a brilliant place to buy photography equipments since they ship things via Purolator which comes out much cheaper than shipping within Canada. The items are consistently delivered within 2 business days of order (to Toronto). B&H also takes care of customs clearance, which is very convenient because you won't get hit with anything at the time of delivery. One payment at the time or order, and item is with you with no surprises in 2 days. (I've bought about $12k worth of camera and lenses from them and got them to deliver them to Toronto)

On Camera Canada,
I've bought my 7D, 70-200 f/4L IS, 50 f/1.4, 17-55 f/2.8 from them. All shipped quickly and had a wonderful time dealing with them.

Camera Canada is a long-time brick-and-mortar shop in London under a different name. They only operate as Camera Canada in their online presence. They are authorized and can be trusted.

What is their brick-and-mortar name?

Thanks guys,

I ended up ordering from B&H because I saw it in stock! Within the next day it was under back order again. My 5D3 has arrived in less than 2 days. I think after the conversion it ended up to be around a similiar price to here but I got a hold of one with the light leak fix .. finally!

I really love the AF on it compared to the 5D2. I had alot of missed opportunities in lower lighting situations in the 5D2 and the silent mode shooting is just outstanding!

It's been a week now, oh man I love this camera, what a difference to the 5d2 :) It's allowing me to capture things in lower light - I'm not talking about iso sensitivity, but the AF in low light situations.

Love the auto iso settings, where you can limit the upper and lower ISO values and set a minimum shutter speed ie 1/60, 1/120 etc

I ended up buying a ST-E2 for my 5Dc. Not completely convenient, but completely solved my low light AF problems.
