i have a nikon d90
and i am looking for another camera
the reason i am getting another camera is so i dont have to change lenses all the time or miss photo ops cuz i am too lazy too switch lenses which happens more often....
so here is my question for advice
i like the d90 so should i get another d90
or i came across a d300 for 650 which is about the same i would pay for a d90
and before you ask i have no interest in video
i shoot a lot of birds now and other wildlife and also do street photography and some local sports and rodeos
any advice would be greatly appreciated
thanks in advance
rob

I'm not sure what level your photography is at; but, I would say if you're too lazy to switch lenses, you're probably too lazy to carry around two cameras. Get an 18-200 VRII, It's a fantastic all around lens and it should cover most focal lengths.

I'm too lazy to switch lenses.
But I could never justify another body because I am too lazy to switch lenses.

If however I was working an event where simultaneously I was being presented with shots that needed a zoom, and others that needed a wider angle I would then have two bodies.
If you only want to carry one lens around to get your shots than you need to consider a lens which covers more of your common bases.

I've learned to love the value of walking around with just one lens, and at other times carrying the whole sack.
If I know I have my lenses with me, and I see a shot I must have, the laziness evaporates pretty damn quickly.

Upgrade to a d7000 and keep the d90 as your second body.
