Anybody knows where I could find an info-graphic of a camera? Preferably high quality, but anything could work. I remember seeing something a while ago, but can't find it anymore. I don't really care as to the type of camera, but would be nice to get an SLR (photograph or illustration)

Sorry I need to clarify use of English here.
When you say infographic, do you mean a graphic (typically a poster type) that contains all kinds of weird information on a specific camera/photography, or digital imaging?
Or are you looking for say a vector image of a camera, or a high quality jpeg, png, tiff or other raster image?

As fascinating as cutaways are to look at, whenever I see real cutaways of items like Leica lenses, pro DSLRs, etc, I can't help but wish they called me first to see if I wanted to take what they are about to ruin...

Tragedy, defined...

Wonderful.
To the original question: I have none of those.
