I recently inherited a Yashica Atoron spy camera from 1967. Does anyone know where I can buy a Minox film cassette 8x11mm format?

I'd like to try it out, but I can't seem to find the film.

Check out;

http://www.frugalphotographer.com/index.htm

I don't have any experience with them but they advertise a variety of hard to get films like 126, 110 and Minox. They are in Calgary but ship out of the US (?). Prices on the web site are in US$$.

Good luck.

To even ship one roll of film from Frugal Photographer would cost minimum $15. This means one roll of 8x11 would cost about $35.

Not very frugal, even though it is hard to get.

I've been searching, but does anyone know an alternate, perhaps cheaper, place to get this film?

Tnx

Try eBay, but you aren't going to find too many sources for a fairly obscure format like Minox.

Your best bet is to buy several rolls at a time from Frugal Photographer.
