I did an impulse buy on a P&S Samsung EX1 camera.
Funny thing is I don't even know how it feels, nor how it shoots :)

I ordered it because it has a 50$ rebate in the US and sent it to someone in the US who will be coming up a month later.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with the Samsung EX1?
The lens on this was created by Schneider (optics) and boasts a 35mm equivalent of 24mm-72mm at f/1.8-2.4!

I wanted to get the Lumix LX3, and I did have a Canon S90 before (ended up returning it after a week) then i had this really bad itch and bought the EX1

I'm actually quite interested in this P&S.

Recently been looking at picking one up (a P&S that is), and have been debating between this, the SD4000IS, S90 and the WX1

S90 is a nice camera, I think at the time I purchased it, the cost was $500 cdn + taxes and the aperture was around 2.0-4.9 which I loved at the wide angle, but on longer focal lengths I wanted something a bit faster. Also at the time I was also itching for a micro four thirds. The return decision was based on cost and felt the MFthirds cameras would start to take off. S90 is nice and small, only grip was the way I held the camera. There was notihng really to grip onto (which I later saw some mods).
