what's wrong with gear whore? with my luck. I would rather invest in lens that in stock market :twisted:

Well I am not a gearaholic. I make do with what I have...4 lenses and one body. 8.2 megapixals is still more than I need. In fact my 30D shutter is starting to missfire, it sometimes has an annoying delay. But rather than buying a new body I'll just get it fixed. Someday. When I can bear to be apart from the camera. In the meantime I've been using a grip on it, though it is a bit heavier and bulkier, because the grip shutter works fine. I've researched every lens I bought and am happy with them.

Mind you I am a hobbyist and can't begin to imagine what photography would be like under the weight of deadlines, other people's demands and expectations!!! I just don't think about gear much. Don't get me wrong. You'll never see duct tape on my camera.
