But for people in the GTA really need to get out of their way and drive to Mississauga to get these batteries; if you are midtown or downtown it's still more affordable to get the stuff from Wendy.

Plus, Wendy's customer service is top notch, in my experience she's fast, on time and can meet last minute demands. *two thumbs up for her*

Met up with Wendy last night near Fairview mall.

We joked it would appear to those not in the know would think that we were doing a drug deal.

Wasn't sure from the packaging whether the charger would do AAA batteries, as the package makes no indication, and you can't see the charging terminals due to the AA batteries in the box, but we verified the charger does take AA and AAA batteries.

The eneloop batteries can be charged with other brand chargers. But Sanyo recommend the batteries to be charged with their own chargers.

Thanks. I was just reading about this and many posts said the same thing. I have fairly smart Energizer chargers, not the old timed chargers or 15 minute chargers which aparently kill your batteries.

Perhaps I see a LaCross or MaHa charger in my future...

They will sell to walk-in customers. Best to call first though and find out if they have what you want in stock.
