You have to have a picture hosting site account, like flickr, photobucket or the like. When that's done, figure out the image sharing link from that site, then paste that link here with the appropriate tags.

I hope that is somewhat useful, but at least, have yourself a picture hosting account.

the flickr page for the photo has a "share this" button on the top right. choose the "embed this" option, and copy&paste the entire block of code onto the forum, and you're done
